Book a “custom color consultation” for an in depth consultation or message me on instagram @thinkinofhue Service Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy Your satisfaction is important to me, and I strive to ensure that every service aligns with what we discuss during your consultation. Because hair services are customized and results can be influenced by a variety of factors, I do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unhappy with your hair, I am more than happy to make adjustments at no additional cost as long as a follow-up appointment is scheduled within 7–14 days of your original service. This allows me to properly assess the hair and make any necessary corrections while the service is still fresh. Requests for complimentary adjustments made after this 1–2 week window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges may apply. By booking, you agree to this policy.
